Clean Soil / CCDD

Plano Clean Fill

Plano Clean Fill is permitted to accept clean soil as well as "mixed loads" that contain both soil as well as brick, concrete, stone, aggregate and/or asphalt.  Clean soil and/or mixed loads must be accompanied by IEPA Forms LPC-662 or LPC-663.  All incoming soil is required by the IEPA to be tested for PH content.  This means that both LPC-662 and LPC-663 forms must be submitted with PH test results between the ranges of 6.25 and 9.0 to be accepted at Plano Clean Fill.

CCDD as described on the IEPA website:

Clean Construction or Demolition Debris (CCDD) is uncontaminated broken concrete (without protruding metal bars), bricks, rock, stone, or reclaimed asphalt pavement generated from construction or demolition activities.  When uncontaminated soil is mixed with any of these materials, the uncontaminated soil is also considered CCDD.

NOTE:  Loads containing any amount of soil must be accompanied by one of the forms referenced above.  For questions concerning properly completing these forms please contact our office at (630) 273-8122.
